Developed by ESPN and Sportvision and introduced on ESPN’s Sunday Night Football on November 21, 2004, PassTrack provides a three-dimensional representation of the speed, timing and distance of the football thrown from a quarterback to his receiver. The graphic is overlaid on video images shot from SkyCam and shown in replays to demonstrate the elements critical for successful completion.
